We want you to feel confident booking services with Formula and Flow. This policy outlines how refunds and cancellations are handled.
Once a service has been performed — including pet visits, home visits, companion visits, event support, or completed design work — payment for that service is final and non-refundable.
Cancellations made with at least 48 hours' notice are eligible for a full refund or reschedule of any prepaid amount. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of 75%, deducted from any refund.
Monthly admin and virtual assistance packages are billed at the start of the service period and are non-refundable once work has begun. Unused hours do not roll over to the following month unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Design projects (flyers, newsletters, business cards, ebooks, menus, etc.) are non-refundable once work has begun, given the time invested in custom design. Revisions are welcomed prior to final delivery.
