These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Formula and Flow, operated by Lola Powell ("we," "us," "our"), including Small Business Sidekick, Admin & Virtual Assistance, Pet Care & Home Visits, and Elder Companion & Check-Ins. By booking a service, you agree to these Terms.
In-home and on-site services are provided within Takoma Park, MD and the Sligo Creek area of Silver Spring, MD. Admin and design services may be provided remotely regardless of location.
Services are scheduled in advance based on availability. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule a booking at our discretion, including for reasons of safety, scope, or capacity.
Payment is due as outlined at the time of booking, either per visit, per project, or according to a monthly retainer agreement. Invoices will be provided for all services rendered.
We request at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less notice, or missed appointments, will be subject to a cancellation fee. [Specific fee amount to be determined by Lola.]
Formula and Flow operates as an independent service provider. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, partnership, or agency relationship between Formula and Flow and any client.
Formula and Flow provides services with reasonable care and skill. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Formula and Flow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the services provided. This does not limit liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
