The origin
For years, I could see exactly what I was capable of building. And I would build — until I couldn't. Not because I didn't care. Not because I wasn't disciplined. Because my nervous system would spike into activation and shut the entire thing down.
Heart racing. Heat flushing. Shaking. The kind of activation that feels like collapse is around the corner. And no one was talking about that.
Most advice landed in one of two camps: push harder, or rest more. Neither solved it. What I needed wasn't more motivation or more recovery. I needed capacity. The ability to hold more — without breaking under it.
That's what Formula & Flow was built to teach.
